Classic Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients 1 cooked turkey sausage
1/4 onion
1/4 red pepper
6 grape tomatoes
12 baby carrots
1 potato
1/2 sweet potato
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp italitan seasoning
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp red chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400
  2. In a bowl, add carrots, and tomatoes
  3. chop pepper, onion, turkey sausage, potato and sweet potato lazily into 1 inch size pieces. add to bowl
  4. add oil and seasonings and mix evenly
  5. distribute evenly across a sheet pan
  6. cook until potatoes are soft. It should take around 15-25 mintues

“Expert” Tip harder veg should be cut smaller than softer veg
e.g. potatoes & carrots should be cut smaller than pepper slices to avoid burning

About This Recipe

Lazy sheet pan dinners in the winter are so good. Throw this in the airfrier for 10 min (probably) at (uhhhhh maybe) 350 for it to be extra crispy. Really all you’re looking or is for the potatoes to soften. The seasonings you use for this really don’t matter, just add whatever you’re in the mood for. Add vinegar, or lemon/lime juice for some acidity

If you’re replacing the turkey sausage for smaller, chicken sausages, use two instead of one. I recommend peeling at least the sweet potato, since the skin is tougher, but i promise it’s not that deep if you don’t.
